263/365: Shelly Coen, Inismacateer island, Lough Corrib

Shelly has led a broad life of travels, moving from country to country. She found her love in Vienna, had a child and returned back to the place she loves most, Ireland. It’s a simple but gorgeous story.

She lives on a tiny island in the middle of a lake, where people have boats at the end of their driveways that lead straight into the water. It feels almost eerier like suburban America (or maybe I’ve been watching too many Dawson’s Creek re-runs).
