We caught Tracy right as she came back from walking 160kms of the Camino. She has that glow about her. The chilled demeanour of someone who has achieved something magnificent but also grounded them too.

She's has a rough few years recently. Her body was sending her signs to slow down and change her manic freelancer lifestyle. Thankfully, she’s finally listening!
