Sean didn’t have the easiest start in life. He entered foster care when he was just 10 years old, and instantly had to start advocating for himself. By the age of 15, he had a battle on his hands with the Irish government. He wanted to share his story of foster care online and in the media, but the law prevented him from doing so. Sean went to court and changed the law!

He’s now a freelance filmmaker and workshop facilitator, making short films and documentaries that highlight the plight of those in society without a voice.
